The next day we nabbed a parking space in the tiny carpark for the Queen's bath, and slipped down the muddy track to what Lonely Planet describes as "the most deadly swimming hole on the island" :) Really spectacular natural swimming pool rimmed by volcanic rock.

After that we hit up Anini beach, which with low overhanging trees was perfect for our baby-shading needs. There is a campground here where you can camp right on the beach, looked to be plenty of room.
